Honest and personable! I took the train there since the transmission had gone out in my car and it wasn't worth it to fix the car. I told the son (can't remember his name as this was a few years ago) what my budget was and he showed me what they had. I picked out a Buick and he told me he hadn't had a chance to put it up on the lift and really do a good inspection so he gave me a $500 discount from the price listed on their website. Even though I live in Connecticut now, I will probably still drive all the way up to Lowell just to buy from these guys again.

I bought my Chevy Blazer from these guys in December 09' in cash. It ran great until my personal mechanic reaked havoc on my car, screwing me out of $650+ in March. I call the Ducharmes, Dave & Ron and they tell me to bring it back so they can take a look. Dave calls me and tells me all the wrong things my mechanic did - breaking the spark plug, left distributor cap off and etc. Not only did he fix my truck, they both treated me as if I was still a customer! Last October I purchased a 2000 Subaru Outback wagon from this dealership and have been waiting to write a review until I felt I had really driven the car around a lot. We drove up from NJ to help our daughter, who lives in the Lowell area, purchase a car. We researched auto dealerships in the area before the trip and found Dave's web site really helpful, then I read reviews and it was the only one that got any good ones! We pretty much knew before we got there which car we were interested in. Dave and his son were very friendly and no pressure, just tossed us the keys and let us take it for a ride. All seemed good and we purchased it, the whole transaction was easy. They said they would let our daughter know when the car was available as they go over it, and guarantee it will pass inspection. She got the car a few days later, again no problems and it drove great. Then, a month later, we got the dreaded phone call....problems with the car. It was 2 days past the warranty (of course) but she called them anyway and was told if the problem was major, they would try to help out, which I thought was honorable. Turned out to be something simpler, thank goodness, and other than that, she is loving the car. Would definitely go to these guys again.
